Spanish private equity firm Diana Capital reactivates purchases. One year after launching the last investment, the fund led by Francisco Gómez-Zubeldia materializes the acquisition of a minority stake – not concretized – in the photovoltaic group Gransolar, specialized in the construction and turnkey maintenance of solar industrial projects inside and Outside of Spain.
